Caterers

For your event with us, we’re delighted to have a recommended list of caterers from which we ask you to choose. All of our approved caterers have undergone a rigorous tender process. As a result, they have met all of the necessary food hygiene, public liability insurance and health & safety standards needed to work with us.

The caterers are familiar with our venues and will be happy to help in planning your event. Please contact them directly so that you can discuss your requirements. There is a wide range of suppliers covering a wide variety of differing types of cuisine and budget. To coincide with the opening a series of new event and meeting spaces this spring for community and commercial hire within the main council building, Perceval House in central Ealing – along with the versatile offering at Greenford Hall – the hospitality and events team at Ealing are looking to refresh our accredited list of catering suppliers.

We are seeking a diverse range of first class caterers who will work with us to provide our clients with an outstanding catering service that delivers all our clients’ requirements, regardless of the event being held. The accreditation process is now open to all existing and potential new caterers until 23 February 2026. Applying is easy. You can do this via our online application form.
